Buddy training is an ideal way of training with a friend or a colleague. You can encourage and motivate each other with the personal attention of a coach. Go to the extreme and push your limits together with your buddy.
Along with a trainer, we will discuss your goals. (losing weight, increase strength or condition) and a customized training will be made, where you can choose what you love to do. We believe fun during training is very important.
The buddy training is for two people and last 60 minutes.
