Event-specific programming for Hyrox competitors and endurance athletes. We have the full Hyrox kit on-site (SkiErg, sled, sandbags, wall balls, rower, farmer’s carries). Marathon prep includes running analysis, strength-endurance programming, and injury prevention.

Body Composition Analysis (InBody)

I just moved to Amsterdam. Can I start without a Dutch BSN or address yet?

Absolutely. We don’t need any Dutch paperwork. Bring your goals and a workout outfit. Many of our clients book their first intake within their first two weeks in Amsterdam, before they’ve even moved into their permanent apartment.

Where exactly are you located, and how do I get there?
