- Demand calorie tracking forever. Tracking is a temporary tool β most clients stop tracking after 2-3 months when habits are built.

Most clients combine nutrition coaching with regular personal training. Common combinations:

Nutrition Coaching FAQ β English
Do I need to count calories?
Usually for the first 4-8 weeks, yes β to build awareness of portion sizes and food choices. After that, most clients transition to “intuitive” eating with periodic check-ins. Long-term calorie counting becomes unnecessary once habits are built.
Can I keep eating my favorite foods?
Yes β and we encourage it. Strict elimination diets fail. We work in your favorite foods strategically (controlled portions, frequency, timing around training). Eating bread, pasta, chocolate, alcohol β all manageable within a plan that hits your goals.
What about vegetarian, vegan, or other dietary restrictions?
Fully accommodated. All our nutrition coaches have experience with plant-based, gluten-free, FODMAP-restricted, halal, kosher, and other specific dietary patterns.
Do you provide actual recipes?
Yes β we share recipe ideas and meal templates that fit your plan. Not 500-page meal-prep PDFs, but practical “here are 15 dinners that hit your protein target” lists.
How much does nutrition coaching cost?
Pricing depends on whether it’s standalone or combined with PT. Standalone monthly check-in packages start around β¬100-β¬150/month. Bundled with PT, it’s typically free for the first month and discounted after. Exact pricing during your free intake.
Can I do nutrition coaching without personal training?
Yes β standalone nutrition coaching is available. You’ll still get InBody scans every 4-6 weeks to track progress objectively.
